Increased interest, new waves of parent support, and USA Rugby youth development efforts have created an anticipated and dramatic surge in the American rugby population. Many athletes are choosing rugby as their primary option for sport participation. State College Rugby is made up of Men, Women, Boys and Girls who live in Happy Valley.
